Ingredients
1 package Giovanni Rana Maine Lobster Ravioli
Old Bay Seasoning
1 stick butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
Juice of one lemon
1/4 c parsley, finely chopped
Bread Crumbs
1/4 c chives, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Cook the Ravioli according to directions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the onion and saute until they soften and become translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley, Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice. Stir in the bread crumbs.
  4. Add the Ravioli to the Old Bay butter sauce, add chives, toss and serve immediately.
